We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team in Curaçao. Are you an organized planner with a proactive mentality and a client-focused mindset? Then we would love to hear from you.

Your role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Managing Director in daily operations and administrative activities, coordinating operations across Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, and Sint Maarten. You will also manage HR-related matters whilst supporting the Management Team and safeguarding the quality of service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Director in daily activities
  • Oversee, monitor, and coordinate operations across Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten (and Bonaire)
  • Collaborate with the Management Team in managing staff and act as the first point of contact for internal and external coordination
  • Take responsibility for HR-related matters, including workforce planning and payroll
  • Coordinate advisory services and handle specific client-related matters
  • Play a coordinating role in safeguarding service quality
  • Ensure general order, organization, and facilities management
  • Oversee IT matters in collaboration with external providers
  • Adjust and implement policies in line with market developments
  • Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and oversee procurement of services and products
  • Manage and report on compliance-related tasks
  • Coordinate matters relating to CBCS, CBA, and AFM
  • Support the Management Team in various operational and strategic activities
  • Proactively review existing processes and suggest improvements
