We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our team in Aruba.

Your role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within client organizations
  • Maintain, update, and verify client data in the CRM system
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Support account managers by handling administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, contracts, and policy documents
  • Manage claims and insurance processes, including coordinating claims and co-insurance procedures in collaboration with insurers
  • Handle invoicing and financial administration, including booking incoming invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and supporting the finance department
  • Work closely with Account Managers and the finance department

What you bring

  • HBO-level of thinking and working
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the insurance industry
  • Assurantie B or WFT certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of ANVA is an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and Papiamento
  • Commercial experience with a strong customer focus
