Your role
As a
Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within client organizations
- Maintain, update, and verify client data in the CRM system
- Act as the first point of contact for clients
- Support account managers by handling administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, contracts, and policy documents
- Manage claims and insurance processes, including coordinating claims and co-insurance procedures in collaboration with insurers
- Handle invoicing and financial administration, including booking incoming invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and supporting the finance department
- Work closely with Account Managers and the finance department
What you bring
- HBO-level of thinking and working
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the insurance industry
- Assurantie B or WFT certification is a plus
- Knowledge of ANVA is an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch and Papiamento
- Commercial experience with a strong customer focus
